Challenge

Although this business had been operating successfully for some time, the team lacked complete alignment on their brand identity and the business direction. In short, they didn’t share a common language to describe the business.

Solution

We helped out by facilitating a Brand Sprint with the leadership team. A Brand Sprint is a workshop designed by Google Ventures to help teams to define and clarify their brand identity. The workshop enabled the team to have a structured conversation about the business as a brand. Turning the abstract idea of their brand into something concrete. We conducted the three hour workshop remotely using Mural and Zoom.
